What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
Any item can be returned or exchanged in its original form within a 45-day period. Island Visuals will not accept returns or exchanges due to negligence. Please be sure to include your Name, Address, Order Number, and a small note stating which item you would like in exchange. We do require the customer to call us at 631.841.5558 before the exchange/return process.
When can I expect my order?
Orders that are placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time and have all items in stock will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will not ship until the following business day. Please note that some items may need to be ordered or manufactured. When the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number in your e-mail address supplied to us.
During our holiday hours, please note everything ordered after 1:00PM Friday 12/22 through 12/26 will be shipped as early as 12/27. If you need your order by 1/1/07, please specify Next Day or Second Day Air shipping.
When is my credit card charged?
Your card will be charged after the order has been processed and packaged.
Note- Shipping charges are only estimates. Your shipping cost may be different when charged.
